Michael Harrington has been involved in the real estate market in San Francisco for over 15 years. His clients have been well served by his level of attention to detail, hard work and keen knowledge of real estate finance and the real estate market in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Michael started his career in investment banking at Bear Sterns and Oppenheimer & Co, working with high net worth and institutional clients in fixed income and equity sales. From there Michael moved into the real estate market, starting Heights Properties in 2002. At Heights, Michael worked on commercial and residential deals as well as in leasing. Michael also began a property management division of Heights, and manages over 125 units currently. Heights Properties is known for its high level of customer service and its commitment to excellence.
Michael used his experience in the finance sector and his passion for real estate to start a mortgage company, Summit Mortgage Advisors, in 2003. At Summit, Michael was the President and CEO, overseeing a staff of 16 as well as serving his clients with their real estate finance needs.
Michael joined Pacific Union in 2011, and continues to work with clients in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. His unique understanding of real estate finance allows him to provide detailed market analysis and cash flow scenarios to increase revenue on rental properties as well as to help home-buyers buy the right house.
On a personal note, Michael is a member of the Olympic Club Triathlon team and can often be seen cycling the Marin Headlands. He has competed in the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon ten times and is a six-time Ironman finisher. Michael lives in Pacific Heights with his wife and two stepchildren.

Robert is a dynamic, full time real estate professional who is fiercely committed to meeting his clients real estate needs. He is a San Francisco expert who knows the local market and neighborhoods having lived in San Francisco since 1979. As a real estate Broker, Robert is a member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors. His broad business background as a merchandise executive and store-owner has honed his excellent negotiating skills. His flair for problem solving and attention to details ensures a smooth transaction for his clients.
Robert can meet all your needs, representing you whether it be buying or selling homes, condos or TICs, as well as representing owners or tenants interested in renting or leasing apartments and bay area homes. He listens to his clients and finds the right solutions to their unique real estate needs. He has been helping clients and forming long-term relationships with them since he entered the real estate business in 2006.
Robert enjoys following the Giants and 49ers with his 14 year-old son, and is passionate about the local food scene. He loves taking advantage of all of the wonderful hiking trails in the bay area. He volunteers with his son for various environmental cleanup events around the bay area.

Wendy is proud to be a part Pacific Union Property Management team as a leasing agent. In this position, she specializes in the marketing and renting of homes and apartments throughout the city of San Francisco. Wendy has an extensive knowledge on how to beat the rental rush as well. Wendy grew up in Woodside California and began her real estate career with Cashin Company in Menlo Park, CA right out of college. She graduated from the University of San Francisco and has been working in real estate for nearly 10 years, with 5 of them on the shores of Lake Tahoe. After many successful transactions in this famous resort community, she wanted to get back to her bay area roots and we're glad to have her on our team.

Kelli Smith was born and raised in North Beach and is a true native of San Francisco. She earned her master's in Business Administration from San Francisco State University with a minor in marketing. She began her Real Estate career in the title and escrow industry in both the residential and commercial sectors. Her experience and expertise in all aspects of a transaction and the intricacies of a property have led to her transition into property management. She began her property management career in 2009 and has since become a seasoned property manager. Kelli is a Licensed Real Estate salesperson and has a California Certified Residential Manager Certification (CCRM) from the California Apartment Association and is a Notary Public. She is affiliated with the San Francisco Property Managers Association (PPMA) and the San Francisco Apartment Association (SFAA). She engages in ongoing education and stays current with all the new real estate and rental laws, by attending rental and property management classes and seminars.
The successes she has enjoyed in her career have stemmed from her business goals and philosophies, which include the following: honesty, integrity and a strong sense of ethics. She is professional, responsive, and manages each owner's property as if it were her own.
Kelli is actively involved with the St. Vincent de Paul Society and its work with the homeless. She volunteers a lot of her time preparing meals for the needy and working with the elderly. In her community she helps with the neighborhood schools and children programs. Kelli is the proud aunt of her niece and nephew, who also live in North Beach, and she takes great pleasure in the growth and continuity of her part in the area.
