David is the President of Pacific Union Property Management with leadership responsibilities for all aspects of the company including business development, acquisitions, strategy, operations and client relations. David began his 30+ year real-estate career in property management and at one time managed a large and varied portfolio of multi-family and commercial properties across the North Bay. Trained as a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Commercial Investment Member, in time Dave leveraged his financial training and moved into syndications and then commercial brokerage focusing on investment property sales. In 2010 in order to better serve the needs of his many loyal clients, Dave and his wife Laurie started Sierra Property Services, a north-Bay property management company, which in time was merged into Pacific Union Property Management. David’s focus is on growing a team of seasoned professionals with a reputation for providing excellent management services across the greater Bay Area.

Jen brings to Pacific Union Property Management a knowledge of business strategy and multi-media marketing, which is valuable in today’s increasingly technological market. However, personal connections are a cornerstone in working with both property owners and real estate agents and Jen understands how technology and multi-faceted web-based interactions can be implemented to help clients and PUPM build relationships and grow business effectively. Additionally, having an impeccable eye for aesthetic and an unparalled attention to detail has proven to be an invaluable asset for offering the highest level of service in an industry so heavily weighted on visuals. Jessica Buurma, Vice President Property Management/HOA, CCAM

Jessica Buurma is a third-generation real estate property manager. Jessica worked her way through college as a broker’s assistant in one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the nation. After her graduation from Dordt College with a degree in Business Marketing, she founded, along with her parents, Sierra Property Services, a North Bay Property Management firm. Jessica ran that operation and expanded it to include offices in Napa and Elk Grove. Because of her diverse background, Jessica is widely experienced in commercial property management, HOA management, lease analysis and CAM reconciliation. In 2014 she merged Sierra Property Services with Pacific Union Property Management, where she oversees the management of properties in the North Bay. Her diverse experience, fresh perspective and enthusiasm will help to ensure that your investment property receives the highest-quality professional care.
Susan Lucas, Vice President San Francisco

Susan is responsible for many aspects of the San Francisco office including business development, leasing, property management and client relations. Susan has had a long career in real estate in the Bay Area and has worked in several different aspects of the real estate industry, giving her a unique perspective when working with clients. Eron Munoz-Ledo, Bookkeeping
With over 10 years of experience in the analysis of investment property and day-to-day management of client accounts, Eron offers Pacific Union Property Management unparalled efficiency and organization. Eron focuses on investment analysis, oversight of financial reporting, and banking and account management for the North Bay and Elk Grove areas. Eron has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Accounting from the University of Phoenix.

Angie began her real estate career in 1998 working for an investment real estate company which specialized in income properties. She has been involved with the management of commercial and multi-residential properties and more recently leasing of income properties. Angie enjoys working with owners, showing their properties, and finding the right tenant. Originally from England, she has called Marin County home since 1985. She loves to show the San Francisco Bay Area to her many visitors, enjoys travel and spending time with friends and family.
Nikea Scarbrough, Vice President HOA Management, San Francisco Region, CCAM-PM
Nikea offers over 10 years of expertise in the field of Community Association Management. She has experience managing a portfolio exceeding 2000 units. From the California Association of Community Managers Nikea has received both the CCAM designation and the specialized Portfolio Management certification. She brings extensive knowledge of Association Management and special project oversight to the Pacific Union Property Management team, benefiting all clients.
Chelsea Draper, Director of HOA Management North Bay, CCAM
With over a decade of residential property management experience, Chelsea Draper comes to Pacific Union as a highly experienced and qualified Property and Association Manager. She has years of experience in large community association management, special association projects, and association insurance claims. A native of Los Angles, Chelsea holds a degree from Sonoma State University in Business Administration as well as a California Real Estate license. In her free time, she enjoys, playing with her children and spending time with her husband, showing horses competitively and supporting local charities like The Living Room and the local food banks.
Cara Kallen, Community Association Manager
Born and raised in Santa Rosa, Cara started her career in the trust department of a local bank. She has been a successful non-profit Association Manager and Legislative Advocate for the real estate industry, a financial services Office Manager and has been working as support staff for over 20 community associations for the past five years. Cara brings a wealth of knowledge and interpersonal skills to each of the associations she serves. She is currently completing the required courses to earn her CCMA designation. Cara also serves as Secretary for her own HOA and is founding member and Vice President of Sonoma County Matsuri Japanese Arts and Culture Festival. Cara believes that creating community is the best way to serve others.
Christianna Beebout, Administrative Assistant
Christianna brings extensive experience in customer service, data analytics, and graphic design to the PUPM team. He innovative perspective has helped streamline efficiency for both PUPM and our clients. Her focus is on communication with homeowners, management of records and internal database information, report generation. She assists the entire team to promote accurate and effective management of our communities.
Betsy Saltzman, HOA Executive Assistant
Betsy comes to Pacific Union Property Management with ten years of experience in the Community Management industry. She is primarily responsible for putting in place organizational procedures that benefit PUPM's Association Management division and Betsy makes sure everything runs smoothly in the Santa Rosa office. She focuses on assisting Managers in monitoring insurance policies, producing anual budget packets, updating reserve studies, and helping with the coordination of owner documents and welcome packets.Betsy has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Southern California. She and her family moved to Sonoma County over 20 years ago from Southern California.
Jody Burton, Accounting
WIth over 25 years of accounting experience, 10 of that in the Homeowner Association Management sector, Jody is a true asset to Pacific Union Property Management. Jody handles all Association accounting functions, including preparing association income and expense reports, preparing owner statements, account receivables, accounts payables, general ledger and financial reporting. Jody focuses on being detail oriented and keeps the department running with unparalled efficiency.
Bryce Schumacher, Property Manager/Leasing Agent

An expert in the East Bay, Bryce and his family reside in the Lamorinda area. He is one of the most trusted and successful Real Estate agents in Contra Costa, Solano and Alameda counties. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Communications, Bryce started his professional career working for large Fortune 500 corporations such as Lucent Technologies, Nortel Networks, and BellSouth. Finally deciding to embark on a career where his interests were prominent, he earned his California real estate license in 2002 and worked as a Senior Loan Consultant for a large mortgage banker for six years. Becoming a REALTOR®, was the next logical transition for Bryce. He worked for a large national real estate brokerage in 2008 and quickly became a top producer and team leader, mentoring and coaching a group of 12 agents. Helping others has always been part of Bryce's mantra. He has been involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society raising money for cancer research for several years and currently is on the committee of the California Housing Affordability, raising funds to help promote housing and homeownership. Bryce works with Pacific Union Property Management to facilitate quality service beyond the property owner's initial real estate transaction.
