  • Evaluate local market conditions and the effects on your property's value;
  • Make recommendations for repairs or upgrades that will prepare the property for rent;
  • List rental property on multiple rental websites;
  • Show your property to prospective tenants by open house and by appointment;
  • Accept applications and required documentation in order to evaluate prospective tenants;
  • Provide complete tenant screening prior to acceptance by verifying prior landlords, employers, and credit history;
  • Execute the lease agreement and other required leasing disclosure documents;
  • Collect first month's rent and security deposit; and
  • Provide an initial move-in walkthrough inspection with the new tenant

We are also your liaison with tenants once the lease agreement has been signed. To facilitate compliance with real estate ordinances and laws, we maintain various records of items such as rental agreements, correspondences, maintenance histories, vendor information and warranties.
